Jackson Hise follows Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series to Smoky Mountain Speedway
Making the long haul to the Volunteer State, Jackson Hise was one of 44 Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series Late Models at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the King of the Mountain.
Struggling to find speed in qualifying, Jackson was unable to make his way to a transfer position in his heat or last chance qualifier which forced him to take a provisional. Starting 24th in the $15,000-to-win main event, Hise finished 20th after 50-laps.
Jackson is currently 12th in series points and first in Rookie of the Year standings.
